Max does everything authentically, thoroughly, and with genuine expertise and care. He was excellently prepared, communicated exceptionally well through every step in the process, and achieved a great outcome for us. This experience was consistent with that received across the Village team. Highly recommended.
Max was on top of things from the very beginning. While interviewing agents, he was the most prepared and the passion shone through. He knew the market well and didn't shy away from giving us honest advice about the current market. He got everything ready for sale in record time and even helped us get rid of some of our stuff. He kept on contact even when he was on leave!
We spoke with a few agents when looking to sell our property, but Max stood out because he provided us with research and was clearly knowledgeable about property in our particular pocket of the suburb. He also had a clear marketing strategy, suggested timeframes and promptly communicated updates following inspections and contacts with potential buyers. Max showed a lot of initiative and we felt that Max was negotiating for us as sellers.
Max was professional in his approach in selling my property in West Footscray. He communicated well - before, during and after the sales process. He was realistic in the price he suggested that I should seek and performed well by getting a price for my property higher than I had expected. I was very pleased that he was my sales agent. He is knowledgeable and knows the market well in this part of Melbourne, a real advantage to me as an interstate seller.
